Everybody reads reviews. I always check out the reviews before I make a purchase at the home depot. People do not trust reviews that are older than 3 months thats why it's crucial that you are constantly asking for that feedback. Asking for feedback through a review also lets you know if your business and it's employees are meeting the high standards for customer service that you have set.
